Your tasks

• General Office Management and Answering Phone Calls
• Classic commercial and organizational activities: writing orders and invoices, email communication, coordinating inventories
• Create documents in Excel, Word, etc.
• You are the link between our suppliers and the workshop/sewing shop by setting up and maintaining our inventory management system
• Teamwork makes the difference — you work hand in hand with management

You bring along

• Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
• min. 2 years of professional experience
• Your Heart Beats for Organizing and Creating Structures
• Your way of working is structured and solution-oriented
• You enjoy developing ideas for new projects
• Excellent written and spoken German skills, as well as good English skills
• You are familiar with inventory management programs, preferably Weclapp
• You are confident in using modern technology and MS Office
• Interest & fun in camping and outdoor activities in order to understand the needs and quality requirements of our customers
